For an organization that has decided on a specific project, SP is committed to developing a fundamental knowledge of the organization’s unique needs and requirements in order to develop building or space that support operational efficiency. Our process of strategic planning at SP includes interviews and collection of data relating to an organization’s operational goals. This investigation occurs prior to any design work. SP analyzes this data, develops a hypothesis that can be tested, and uses all this information to structure clear operational goals and objectives. These clear goals and objectives are then used together with an assessment of current and future space needs to provide an effective layout that embodies desired performance goals.
